Challenge
Cloud-only POS fails in weak-signal stores and pop-ups. Staff invent workarounds; inventory drifts; end-of-day reconciliation breaks.
Solution
We built an offline-first React Native CLI client with a Node backend: local cart/catalog, queued sync, and multi-outlet inventory rules for when devices reconnect.
