RealmXR
Browser-based 3D property maps, towers, and unit walkthroughs.
RealmXR turns off-plan and luxury inventory into explorable 3D experiences—campus maps, towers, apartments, and walkthroughs that sales teams share as links instead of static renders.
Product summary
From static renders to sellable 3D inventory
Developers and brokers need buyers to understand layout, orientation, and finishes before a building exists. RealmXR packages map → building → unit flows into a browser experience sales teams can demo live or share asynchronously.
Challenge
Off-plan sales still rely on brochure PDFs, flat floor plans, and expensive physical models. Remote buyers struggle to trust inventory they cannot walk, and gallery staff waste time re-explaining the same layouts.
Solution
We built RealmXR as a WebGL product: OSM-backed campus maps, tower selection, apartment walkthroughs, and media delivery on CDN. Content pipelines from Blender assets into a Next.js shell so non-engineers can update inventory.
Capabilities
- Interactive campus and building maps
- Unit-level walkthroughs and floor plans
- WebGL performance tuned for gallery hardware and mobile
- CDN-backed 3D and media delivery
- Inventory-ready content workflow from Blender
Outcomes
- Buyers complete self-guided virtual tours without installing an app
- Sales galleries run interactive inventory on shared screens
- Brokers share deep links to specific units for remote follow-up
- Asset pipeline supports iterative building updates as plans change

FAQ
Common questions about RealmXR
What is RealmXR?
RealmXR is Eureka Studios’ browser-based 3D real-estate product for maps, buildings, apartments, and walkthroughs—designed to help sell off-plan and luxury inventory with experience, not static renders.
Does RealmXR require a native app or VR headset?
No. Experiences run in modern browsers on desktop and mobile. Optional headset support can be scoped; the default is WebGL in the browser.
How do we start a RealmXR project?
Book a pilot with sample inventory (plans + assets). We scope map depth, unit count, and content pipeline, then ship a shareable demo link before full rollout.
