Overview
Grocery operators needed more than a storefront—they needed three coordinated apps. We shipped customer ordering, rider delivery, and admin operations on React Native and MERN, a Custom SaaS / marketplace pattern Eureka repeats for retail groups.
Challenge
Phone orders and fragmented rider chats do not scale. Stores lacked inventory truth; customers lacked tracking; ops lacked a single admin console.
Solution
